Dragon Boat Festival

During the Dragon Boat Festival, I had a indulgent meal - sushi, and after the meal, I had ice cream to clear my cortisol. The fatigue and stress from the past half month disappeared. At the same time, eating sushi doesn't burden the stomach too much, as it is mainly carbohydrates.

After this meal, I gained over 3 pounds in weight, but the next day I resumed my training and clean eating, and by the third day morning, my weight returned to normal. It may also be due to carb loading, as my muscles felt swollen, and the congestion sensation during the second day of training was better, improving the quality of my training.

In the past week, there hasn't been much change in weight, which caused my mindset to collapse. Even though I was already eating low-calorie and clean food, and not missing any training, I started to doubt myself.

Later, I read the weight loss process record of a popular fitness blogger, and saw their training and diet plans. I realized that they ate less than me and trained more than me, which reignited my fighting spirit. As that blogger said:

"If you feel very painful, then come and see me"

During the holiday, I also stewed a pot of meat, 3 pieces of beef leg meat and 3 pieces of chicken breast, as a source of protein for the 6 working days after the holiday. This time, I stewed both types together, as eating only beef was too extravagant. After stewing, I divided and froze them, one piece per day.

Attached is the first day of work after the holiday, the weight loss period lasts until the end of July, so let's continue to work hard this week.
