Last night, I was thinking of buying pea shoots, but ended up buying silk gourd tips. I only realized this morning and wondered why the taste was so strange when stir-fried. Today's meal can only rely on roasted sweet potatoes.
As I enter the plateau phase, my weight loss has slowed down and my body feels tired. I no longer have the motivation I had at the beginning of my fat loss journey. I look forward to indulging in meals during the holidays, but I'm also worried about how it will affect my progress in losing fat.
