Given the urgency of time, it was decided last night to start implementing the carbon cycle today.
The specific plan is as follows:
Execution cycle: 112113, one cycle every six days
- Low carbon day: 80g carbohydrates, 150g protein, 75g fat
- Medium carbon day: 160g carbohydrates, 150g protein, 40g fat
- High carbon day: 240g carbohydrates, 150g protein, 0 fat
No aerobic exercise on high carbon days, adjust accordingly on other days.
Today, the total amount of carbohydrates for the day is only 90g of rice, which will be saved for after training in the evening (around 7 o'clock).
With just this small amount, I didn't even have enough to cover the bottom of the rice cooker... I still have to do chest exercises on an empty stomach in the evening, and I'm really looking forward to what kind of wonderful experience it will bring.
The chicken breast today is so difficult to eat...
