Fat Loss Day 42-46

This week has been a bit busy, and I haven't been able to record my fat loss progress daily. The fat loss is still ongoing, and I'm still following my diet.

In the second week of carb cycling, I did break through the plateau, and my weight continued to decrease. I feel like after more than two months of fat loss, my metabolism has slowed down a lot, and the quality of my training has also decreased in the past few days. I'm not sure if it's because of the consecutive days of low carb intake or if my muscles have started to deteriorate.

Today is a high carb day, and I'll observe the effect of my evening workout. I've already gone through five consecutive days of low carb, and my body has been in a state of ketosis, which has been really tough. Yesterday, I even felt weak when speaking and lacked energy during my training. Today, on this high carb day, I'm going to replenish my carbs.

The fat loss cycle for this year is almost over, and I currently feel like it has been somewhat unsuccessful as my body fat percentage hasn't reached my expectations.

But it's okay, failure is the mother of success. I'll eat well and train hard for the rest of this year and then fight again at the beginning of next year!
