Fat loss day 47-51

There are only 2 weeks left until the end of the 3-month fat loss period according to the initial plan. This week is the third cycle of carb cycling, and I am still training and following my diet as usual.

Compared to last week, I feel much better during this cycle. Even during the last 1-2 days of low carb, I don't feel as low as last week. The quality of my training has also improved, with increased weights and better focus.

After the high carb day last week, my weight has been trending positively. I feel like my metabolism has improved after going through 3 cycles.

The benefits of carb cycling have truly shown this week, and I don't want to end it so soon.

For the low carb days this week, I have replaced all carbohydrates with oats. It's extremely simple, just pour hot water and eat, no need for a rice cooker.

All my protein intake this week is from beef, one kilogram per day. I made a pot of stew last weekend.

Yesterday was a high carb day, so I didn't prepare my own meals. I ate at the office and restaurants throughout the day, starting with a large serving of rice in the morning. My carb intake was full, and I felt energized.

I will observe my weight trend for the rest of this week and consider whether to end my fat loss period for this year next week.
