It has been two months since I started my fat loss journey at the end of April, with one more month left until the planned three-month fat loss period.
This is also my first time practicing scientific fat loss, which has been effective in terms of weight loss and maintaining a good physical condition compared to simply losing weight in the past. However, there is still a big gap compared to the target body fat percentage. Losing weight is easy, but reaching a lower body fat percentage is difficult. However, this is also a process of accumulating experience through hard work.
Previously, I had been using a plan with a fixed calorie deficit and a normal ratio of the three major nutrients. I lost the first 5kg quickly, but it seems that I hit a plateau half a month ago. Even after increasing the amount of aerobic exercise, my weight only slightly decreased.
So starting next week, I decided to change my plan and use the popular fat loss method called "carb cycling," which is also used by popular fitness bloggers and bodybuilders. Whether it is good or not, I will only know after trying it myself, and this is also my first time.
When I work hard every day to follow a fat loss meal plan and engage in high-intensity strength training, but my weight doesn't decrease, it is hard not to doubt myself and start questioning. At times like this, I would watch fat loss videos by the popular fitness blogger "Orange" on TikTok, and after watching them, my fighting spirit would be reignited.
Fat Loss Day 39#
Yesterday, because my team had a dinner gathering in the evening, I didn't bring my own meal. I had a "healthy" meal at the company cafeteria for lunch, but I immediately felt uncomfortable afterwards 😩. My stomach can no longer tolerate the added oil and fat.
After the dinner gathering last night, I returned to eating environmentally friendly meals today.
